    Popcorn.

    I just recently had a horrible case of constipation verging on impacted stool, due to undigested peanuts. I was sitting there on the toilet, feeling as if I was about to have a bowel movement, as if it was urgent and coming any moment, only I couldn't do it. I couldn't go. The turd was held up inside of me. It went on and on like this endlessly, the better part of an hour. I kept having this urgent feeling, but nothing would come out except for a few little bits of shit I dug out, in which I could feel undigested peanuts. Finally holding a washcloth soaked in warm water from the sink against my butt for several minutes did the trick, and this huge turd came flying out into the toilet bowl.

    But I am swearing off peanuts for the time being.
