Poor blood flow...

..to my weiner. Like you know how if you get out of a cold swimming pool ur dong shrivels up, well mine is like that almost all the time. It looks like a corpse, all yellowish and pale, as if theres no blood flow. I makes me sef concious b/c i like to feel like its actually there, and of course in that state it looks much smaller than it really is. Also might explain why i can only really get a "semi" if you know what I mean. Im only 20 years old, help! Is this normal?
