  • Why do English people say poo instead of poop? ...but seriously, I prefer to take a healthy bowel movement in the comfort of my own bathroom at home. I also enjoy using a squatty potty, because it puts my colon in the proper alignment so there's no need to strain.

I ate a big salad yesterday, and I'm gonna have another one today!
    ;-)

    • I'm not quite sure either why English people say poo rather than poop :-) good point though. I actually don't blame you for wanting to take a nice healthy bowel movement in the comfort of your own bathroom at home, at least at home you have a clean loo. The work ones are sometimes in a state.
That is so important that you use the correct technique to poo on the squatty potty with your colon being in the tight alignment so you don't have to strain at all :-). I was looking on YouTube a few weeks ago and even they said most Western style toilets nowadays do not encourage good techniques to poo as they don't favour the colon being in the optimum position to ensure a proper bowel movement resulting in so many bowel related issues. Have a healthy poo today after the salad you had yesterday I'm sure you will :-)
