Yeah it was complicated tho. Its back when i lived in the hood. This guy was in my neighbors car when i went outside. He saw me and got out and walked away. I told my neighbor. My neighbor confronted him. Neighbor told him what i said. He came threatening me calling me a racist. I pulled a gun.
Turns out it was his first day on the job and he was cleaning trash up from yards (dublexs). He denied being in the car but i saw him. The DA was going to drop it if the neighbor backed my story. The neighbor refused to talk to police.
It was silly but i served about a month before court. Ended up getting reduced from 2 counts of aggrevated assault to 2 counts of misdemeanor assault.
