Dude. I'm a girl, and your sister sounds just like me. Trust me, she's not weird. I love Green Day, and I wear the exact type of clothes you describe her to wear. Honestly, from my point of the view she's the most normal person I've heard of. In my family, it's also been established that girls are supposed to wear dresses, but I don't blame her for not wanting to wear them, I hate dresses too. And about the diets, don't try to force them on her, it's not gonna make you a better sister. As for the face washing and hair cutting, she just doesn't prioritise her appearance as much as most people, like me haha. I'ma be honest, but your sister sounds EXACTLY like me, heh. She's just a geeky tomboy. It's not weird. She just has a different personality than you.
