Well, that's a real mixed bag, and I think you're going to get some rude comments. Not from me, though.
I know Citizen Kane is supposed to be the best film ever made and I liked it very much, but I don't think it's the best film I've ever seen. I love Casablanca (I'm in love with Ingrid Bergman, which helps me identify with Bogie). Really like The Godfather too (although I think Goodfellas is a better film. Sacrilege, I know). Pulp Fiction I could watch a hundred times and still enjoy it. It's one of those rare films where I wouldn't change a thing. Not a single thing. I love it to bits. Although that, of course, doesn't make it "best".
Of your list, I think Citizen Kane is the "best" film, but it's not my favourite from your list.
For anyone interested, I think most lists of "Top" films are either biased towards Hollywood or the country of the author of the list. I found this last year:
Do you know what? I wrote a P.S. to my own message saying exactly that about Space Odyssey and I changed my mind when I remembered that I'd had to read the book as well to make true sense of the film (so in that sense, the film didn't get everything across). However, I loved it anyway, and watching it again after reading the book absolutely blew my mind. It's a wonderful, wonderful film. Sci-fi normally doesn't get imaginative directing, just special effects. Thank God Kubrik got to direct it.
Can you believe it'll be fifty years old soon? I find myself wanting to watch it again right now.
Pick the best movie out.

I've seen around half the films on the list and think this is one of the least biased I've seen. There's still considerable bias, by the way.

Yea I am pleasantly surprised that Space Odyssey is that high on the list. It's an experience you can't pass up.
