Not true. You would only know what you can possibly know within your life. Also like I said, many memories would be lost but remain in your subconsciousness.
For example I would be reborn in 1984. It is unlikely I would ever live past 2100 and would not have knowledge of past that, nor would I know anything I cannot learn within that amount of time.
