Petition to change the color of the “new” tag

The “new” tag on new posts is the same green color as that used for posts where people have majority voted that something is normal. It confuses me. For example, as of now the top post on the homepage has the “new” tag, and is about something decidedly not normal (it’s voted only 8% normal). However, at first glance it looked like that shit had been voted as normal.

Change it to yellow or something.

    The original idea was that it's "innocent until proven guilty" aka normal until voted not normal. But, I see where you're coming from. Will think about this. Thanks
