Sounds like the startings of a downward spiral to me, Im already half way down it. It always gradually worsens due to the tolerance issue. If you have been on the SSRIS for years you definetly cant just quit taking those, you wil have withdraws and they are horrendous for most. The sleeping pills do the same, if you abruptly stop those after long term use you will end up not being able to sleep at all. It truly can be total hell on earth. I remember I was told all of this in the begninng and thought it would never happen to me, I wouldn't take them long enough but boy was I wrong. Dependency/tolerance and withdraw is one of the most hardest feats to over come in ones life. Do your research and definetly stay away from opiates and benzodiazipines!
Thanks for the advice! I guess I have some good news and some bad news. I lost my job, so I lost my health benefits. So I pretty much had to wean myself off the drugs, as they are too expensive for me to pay 100%%. So I'm not on nearly as many drugs now, and I quit the weed. I also rarely drink. I'm actually feeling somewhat better. Now if only I could rid myself of this blasted H1N1, I'd be doing fine! lol
