        Don't need condom for birth control during a period, but if concerned about blood borne infections it's essential and maybe just from the blood on penis factor for some people.

        Orgasms by any means are a great way to reduce menstrual cramps, by the way

    yes it is totally fine to have sex with a girl on her period. Blood washes off just like any other liquid that ends up on your genitals. The only thing I will say is if you have been using protection during sex normally, don't take the chance to have sex without the condom on her period. Although it is unlikely, she can still get pregnant, and if you're worried about STI's well... wear a condom.
