Why are you so worried about what's on someone else's plate?
I agree with you; prissy people kind of irritate me too, but they can be prissy if they want to. I don't particularly like the idea of eating a snot sandwich (or worse) because the guy assembling it at Subway didn't wash his hands, so I guess we all have our limits and lines in the sand.
Old people or people with faulty immune systems are a different story. They kind of have to be fussy about food-borne pathogens. That shit can kill people -- and often did, back in the days before germ theory and proper hygiene.
Old people should die. Are we supposed to wait for them to get Alzheimer's disease and have to change their diapers? Come on. There's a reason their immune system is compromised and that is to KILL THEM before they become a burden.
