People who get bored easily annoy me, iin?

the amish promote repetitive labor cause it supposedly keeps the idle hands and minds from bein taken over by the devil

its a fuckin retarded mentality and theres somethin wrong with those people

ive done plentya mindless labor and a buncha skilled labor that you cant afford which keeps my mind stimulated

im firmly convinced that menial labor is so fuckin borin that anyone with half a brain only does it in hopesa movin away from it and all others do it in hopes of a drug wage to help forget the futility of their last few hours

point is that menial labor makes the mind wander

I find whenever I'm bored, it's down to apathy.

I get pretty bored if I have to many days off in a row. But when I dont I usually find a way to keep myself entertained. When I lived in the country there was few times I was ever actuslly bored. I could pretty much do anything I wanted. In town though not so much

I totally agree. There have been some nights where I couldn't get to sleep for hours because I was thinking over all the implications of some science, science fiction or fantasy idea I came up with. I had to deliberately try not to think about it because it was only making me more excited when I should be trying to get to sleep.

I am more annoyed though by the people who become easily bored, despite being able to go and do something. They claim that there's nothing to do, when there's everything to do. That's like an insult to life itself.

I’m bored quite easily but I like to think it’s the other way around. People who are happy to sit there doing nothing are the sad ones. Your life should be about finding excitement and passion, not being alone with your thoughts.

I think it can be annoying when they expect you to be their personal entertainer. I have a friend right now who pretty much isolates himself, and is constantly blowing up my phone. It gets pretty old and exhausting, especially since I am someone who just needs to be left alone for a couple of hours a day (usually after I come home from work).

I also used to have a friend in high school who would start up conversations online, then just reply "lol" or "ya" to everything. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? When I would end the conversation because it wasn't going anywhere, he'd get all butthurt over it. Well, what did he expect? I have no desire to essentially have a conversation with myself!

I had yet another friend as a child who was always complaining about being bored any time she came over to my house. Absolutely NOTHING pleased her. She also always complained about everything in school being boring.

I, on the other hand, always found a way to entertain myself and actually preferred being off on my own and doing my own thing from the time I was a kid. One of the great things about being an only child is that you learn to entertain yourself and not rely on others for your fun.
