History proves that authoritarian countries obsessed with control and trying too hard to make everyone's lives better and more fair have lead to nothing but pain and despair.
OP's post has so much support for the very same reasons that Hitler and Lenin did. Stupid masses don't think about the long term consequences of attempting to create utopian societies, based on control rather than freedom.
So no OP, I don't agree. I think that someone should shoot people with ideas like yours in the head, just in case.

People should be required to have a parenting licence to have kids.
