ahaha just the other day I said that people should have to pass a "normal" test to have kids. Just think all the crazy kids out there (like kids that shoot up schools) and if you look at their parents, they're freaks. And then there's people having a bunch of kids and can't take care of them properly. If there was like u said a license, or test there would be less crazy people, a lower population, and a more educated society.
People should be required to have a parenting licence to have kids.
