I couldn't agree more. The things you are mentioning are a little harsh and probably seen to the majority as immoral but overpopulation is a serious problem.
And bad parenting, of course people raise their children differently and there is no real right way of doing it but if you're raising a mischievous brat you're definitely doing something wrong
People should be required to have a parenting licence to have kids.
