People should be required to have a parenting licence to have kids.

    I feel iffy about the mandatory sterilisation. But yeah, some people seriously shouldn't have kids. I agree that it shouldn't be as easy as it is and I agree about the "test" thing too. Can't imagine it would happen, though.
