I am 18 and I have been told I look anywhere between 16 to mid twenties. Since my coworkers and I wear the same uniform, I have noticed that they claim I look 16. But when I wear my own clothing, dressing smartly, I tend to come off as "older".
I recently dyed my hair and styled it nicely, and my coworker was flabbergasted. She said I looked older. Maybe that could help you?
