People that laugh at things like that usually have never experienced death in a close up manner. So they laugh at it as a defense mechanism. Plus, what's that guy gonna do? It IS unfortunate most men are societally influenced to be hardened to their feelings. "Real men don't cry" is practically bred into us. it's unfortunate. It's made an entire generation that needs technology to make any kind of "meaningful" connection.
