People i know have been conspiring against me

They have been conspiring against me by toying with me.
No one will believe me but I know it because I can fel it in the air and because of their behaviour towards me which has been very two faced. I have now deleted these people from my social media. They must know I have been feeling upset because of them because one of them posted a meme to another person in the group openly on facebook yesterday which read "bohoo people are so mean to me" ironically. I am convinced that the meme was about me. I never talk to these people and havent in years but we follow each other and I talk to one in their group frequently though I have deleted that person now to protect myself. I can feel them laughing at me and taking joy in conspiring against me. The energy feels unsafe and I dont know how I should seek revenge or bounce it back at them. I have blocked so I cannot see their messages too. In case they try to reach me to continue with their scheme. I feel extremely violated and offended. This is an attack. If I get really ill its their fault. I will put it on their shoulders. I am going to put blame on them if the energy does not clear up soon. They think I cannot understand what they are doing but I know they have a plan against me. They dabble in witchcraft I know this and it proves my theory. Im considring creating new social media accounts.
