Well, sleep it off I suppose. I would log into e_mail. Share the pictures to e_mail, send them to myself, and log out. Then log into e_mail with the windows machine and viola.
It's a daunting task. I called my sister to ask about how to perform such a feat as my mother had told me that my sister said it was easy. Of course my sister has an android phone and a Windows laptop.
I don't know much about what I'm supposed to be doing, but something about going from an iPhone to a Windows type of laptop has me feeling bad, I mean they're two different operating systems. I'm barely even computer literate, but damn.
Android to Windows would be easier. iPhone uses that annoying "cloud" paradigm. See if this link helps -> https://www.imobie.com/support/how-to-import-photos-from-iphone-to-pc.htm
