Is it normal if I go completely bonkers when someone eats chips around me? I literally can’t stand it. Drives me absolutely crazy.

        I've been working on my mother's computer trying to store pictures from an iPhone to a flash drive on a windows HP computer. My head is thobbity. I did not succeed.

          Well, sleep it off I suppose. I would log into e_mail. Share the pictures to e_mail, send them to myself, and log out. Then log into e_mail with the windows machine and viola.

    if it's silent and you hear chips crunching, it get's real awkward. and the sound is annoying af.

    Can't say i've ever tried American mayo. There is only one kind of mayo i'd ever want to buy, too. Hellman's mayonnaise or make it yourself at home. Egg, milk, and some good quality sunflower oil.

    Chips are like a staple food in my diet. I love chips with mayonnaise and a nice piece of breaded cod fillet.

    I assume when you say "chips" you're referring to fries, right?

    Or are you talking about crisps? I definitely make a lot more noise eating crisps than I do eating chips, right enough.

    True. I can't STAND the sound of people eating crunchy substances. However, I take great joy in crunching into their bones. So I guess I am a hypocrite

      😂. I just wish that some people would save until alone to eat the following; potato chips, nachos, carrots, apples, green peppers, and anything else loud n crunchy. Especially bad if they still want to talk with their mouths full too.

        OH Christ I cannot stand when people talk with their mouth full. I don't mind people chewing with their mouths open because I find it charming that animals do that, so I cannot judge when another animal does it too. But talking, please. I don't want any of their food flying from their mouths...

    Sometimes commercials affect our feelings about things. As we know, food commercials have a habit of making loud chewing or crunching sounds. So in real life when you hear those same horrid sounds, it probably does trigger feelings of rage and wanting to commit homicide.

    Therefore, yes, I would say it is normal.

    Reminds me of the time when I was at the cinema with my mother watching a movie and the guy in front of us was eating M & M's and I could hear the crunching from where I was sitting. I guess I'm lucky that sounds of loud chewing don't bother me.
