The X and Y dimensions (aka diameter) would be bigger by a factor of 1.26 as well.
Given these new larger dimensions, I think the female would have the most fun. Don't forget that in your scenario, double the jizz is needed to scale up all factors evenly. This extra jizz frosting inside the cake will be eagerly welcomed, I'm sure.
