Average penis size is apparently 6 inches. A 12 inch penis must be thin as a straw, I should imagine, so it doesn't necessarily follow that it would be twice as big in all dimensions.
Also, I very much doubt there are many women who have a vagina that can accommodate the entirety of a 12 inch penis, so again, it doesn't necessarily follow that a bigger penis makes for better sex, whatever arbitrary number you think it improves it by.
Women come in all shapes and sizes, and they want a penis which is the perfect size for them.

Anal is another story all together. With training anyone can take 12 inches. Without you are dying of internal hemorrhaging.
