I can understand, they really are'nt that visually pleasing are they. Well what you need to work on when you meet a guy or flirt with a guy or something is NOT thinking about the penis. If you think about the guy as a person and focus on him as a human and personality and face etc and block out the images and ideas of his penis, then i think you will stand a chance of becoming close with a guy without freaking out and thinking about his horrible dick.
Then, if the guy is trustworthy enough and you're close enough, you can 'fess up and tell him you're struggling with a phobia of penises.
If you feel brave enough I think you should try and see what having one inside of you is like. You don't have to see it, you can close your eyes or be on top or whatever. Just make sure the guy knows about this, respects it and understands and wants to help. If he doesn't then he's not the right one for you. You need to meet a guy who will help you through this and help you overcome it and help you to see and realise that penises are good things that bring pleasure and feel great and can potentially create a life. Look at the positive things and the less physical side of a penis, and focus on those :)x
