Penis pain after sex

i had sex for the first time last night.
i am uncircumsized.

previously when i got oral i would have the head of my penis come out, even tho it would hurt and feel like "raw skin"(like scrapping ur knee and taking a few layers off).

after i would cum it would always go back to normal.

however during sex last night it started to hurt realy bad and has not stopped since. not only that but the head has not gone back to being inside the foreskin and still has that "raw skin" feelin to it and hurts while rubbing inside my boxers/pants.

hurt so much i was barely able to keep it up and didnt even cum in the end. its been almost 24hours n nothig has changed.

whats going on? should i see a doc?

Is It Normal?

  • I think the "raw skin" feeling is actually just oversensitivity. This is normal, because your penis head (glans) has been inside of your foreskin its whole life and thus is unaccustomed to different textures and sensations. Try rubbing a penis health creme into your penis skin every day. This is slowly desensitize the area over time. It will be uncomfortable at first, but no pain, no gain.

And do some foreskin stretching exercises every day as well. This will lead to less tightness and proper retraction and return. The creme will help with this too, as it will keep your penis skin moisturized.

Hope this helps and good luck to you.

  • If you suffer from Phimosis, what you are suffering from now is Paraphimosis, where the foreskin gets stuck behind your glans, this can be serious so see a doctor or try to manipulate the foreskin back over the glans in a bath, don't just leave it though!

  • Yes, go see a doctor. Pain like that during sex isnt right, no one would enjoy it if it hurt that bad every time :)

  • That's actually normal for some uncircumcised men.

The problem is that the foreskin may be too tight around your erection. This means the skin is being stretched too much, and can run the risk of being torn.

I would recommend going to the doctor and asking about adult circumcision.
