you are unaware that male urine is medical sterile fluid obviously and no growth on culture is the normal male result? a UTI in a male is extremely rare unless the male has an indwelling urinary catheter, is a diabetic with fluid retention and enlarged prostate, the causative agent is also an STD . and lastly the UTI descended from the kidney.
