Its my way of fixing my sleep schedule. I stay up one night so im tired the whole day next day. Maybe il even take sleep pills on daytime. Then I tell myself not to sleep till 9 or 10PM. When its finnally 10 I fall asleep very easy. I only sleep 9 hours though and set the timer. I wake up refreshed and from this day I can fall asleep whenever I want very easy even if its as early as 10. Try it it really helps :)

lol thats a really good idea! i tried it... and for the most part, it worked,i got myself exhausted, i went to the gym, watched a boring show hahahaha and thentried to sleep... although i just woke up like at 4 thinking about stuff. what i experience is uncurable i guess hehehe
