As an Adult baby i know that the majority of the genral public offten mistake Infantilism for pedophilia and that scares the crap out of me. All infantilists are activley against pedophiles since we are at risk from them as well as children. the diffrence between a Pedophille and an infantilist is simply put. A Pedophile is sexually atracted to children an infants, this is not a fetish this is sick.

A Diaper Lover (DL) is sexually atracted to the diaper itself, since the diaper is a non sexual object this is classed as a fetish.
An Adult Baby actually Wants to be a Baby to be cared for as an infant or toddler still in diapers, to return to that state of pure innocence, comfort, security, no emotional pain, no understanding of the way the world works, pure ignorence, pure bliss, parental love . Almost every AB you ask will have difficulty trying to explain this. All i can enphisise to you all is that the majority of AB's are emotionaly driven, the majority of Dl's are Sexually Driven and all Infantilists are activley against Pedophillia.
