Partly truancy?

is it normal for a high school student (me) to only go to like half school classes? The classmate responsible for notifying the teacher of absences (I don't know how it is called in english)covers for me so I leave school before the last classes of the day if and don't ever go at classes I'm not interested in if I have secured my grade (e.x. computer science, philosophy, english, religion, literature, physics, history e.t.c.)
I always go to the classes i like, like math, language, biology, p.e., ancient greek language, latin and chemistry.
My mom tells me not to do it but she doesn't really care. But it will be a big problem if my taechers realize this.
Should I stop this? And is it normal?

Your life will be fucked up. You are already a failure.

It's normal to try to avoid meaningless bullshit, and a lot of high school is just that.

For most people, high school isn't an end unto itself, but only a stepping stone to more important things. If you're absolutely certain you'll leave high school with whatever you need in order to move on to wherever you want to go next, then I see no point in you doing things that you find a waste of time.

However, if the consequences of you being caught are serious, you need to be completely certain that the measures you've taken to prevent happening this are sound. Relying on one other person to cover for you seems risky, and you're putting that person in a difficult position since you're asking them to lie for you. If they get caught lying, you have to assume they're not going to take a hit for you (and nor should they feel morally obliged to do so).

The only thing school does is condition you to a work environment. You're not learning anything, it's not making you smarter, you're just repeating and rehashing unimportant things that you're told to condition your world view and getting used to waking up early and doing pointless unrewarding work all day.
