Parents: love 'em, hate 'em, or both?

"I love my parents, but I don't think I like them as people."

Does it makes sense I hate them as people. I just feel obligated to love them..

I don't like them or love them, but they were pretty fucked off parents... it doesn't make me sad or angry, I just don't care. If they died I wouldn't go to their funerals.

love them for the inheritance, food, cloths and roof over my head otherwise i hate them.

I love them both unconditionally but they both piss me off regularly!!!!!!

My dad is dead so I can't really love him unconditionally, or in any other way :D Mum is about though and she did a great job with me.

I love my parents but I have an empty love towards them. If my mother suddenly passed away I would mourn for a short amount of time and then sing praises and then of course get over it.

If it were my father on the other hand, I would be saddened maybe depressed alas I would get over it over a good amount of time.

i kind of like but not really my parents but i love them unconditionlally............
