    well what he meant was that we both need to go to therapy, which is good and i’m glad he’s going bc i think it can help him a lot. i’m going starting monday. don’t you think people can change? what if he goes to therapy and becomes better

      Sure, people can change, but this guy has a proven track record of being a massive douchebag. I don't think you should put your eggs in this here basket. I think you need to take a break from this guy.

      What makes this guy who treats you so badly worth all this trouble? What about what this relationship is doing to your self-esteem, and self-respect?

        he shows me love and that he cares about me. he really does. all i do is talk negative so of course you hate him...

        so a break? and then see what happens?

            always wanting me to be with him, buying me dinner and always trying and looking to make me happy by doing little things that he knows i’d appreciate
