I always feel everyone is looking at me no matter where I go even if its to use the bathroom. I always feel someone is watching me and it gives me a panic attack.

Paranoia! Get over it, no one is watching you or cares what you are doing. Honestly, they don't.

I had that problem too after I went into this bathroom covered in mirrors. I'm better now though. You'll grow out of it
