OMG!!!! I used to get that all the time. I would hear a lot of voices too. It stopped happening when I was about seventeen. My parents never believed me. And It used to happen so often that I had to bring myself to talk with my best friends grandmother, who was supposedly, "a psychic".
Despite that I had this stuff happening to me from a very little age up, I was still teetering on the subject of the supernatural, whether I had believed in it or not. However, I was 100% positive that I was WIDE awake when this stuff was happening.
I used to see them and hear them. My friends grandmother told me, that I was being "in tact by my spirit" and that I was very hypersensitive, so it became easy for them to "talk/come" through me. (My parents thought this was a bunch of bull shit.) She told me to pray for them, and she said, if you simply ask for them to leave, they will leave. Strangely she was right. I would ask them to leave, and they left. I haven't had an experience with them since.
And for your own good, I wouldn't go around telling people about your experiences. People will think you're nuts, or just bull shitting them. I know I got a lot of strange looks.
