You're eating way too much protein, way above your daily recommended value. Nuts are a good source, but not if they're salted and covered in oil. Do you eat raw nuts?
And what kind of milk? Skim?
Idk- it's hard to judge your diet because you don't elaborate on everything you eat.
And juice is bad too- it's just fruit sugars without the benefit of fiber.

I've been increasing my protein intake as I wish to gain weight, is just a struggle to do so. Yeah raw, unsalted.
Partially skimmed milk.
Yeah and I try compensate the lack of fiber with the beans.
Only have 400 for groceries a month, so is hard to balance it out with the amount I eat. Someone on here said I will become obese this way, but I actually lose weight if I eat any less. This just helps keep me at my 150 I fought to work up to.
Over eating?

It's cheapest to buy fruits and veggies in season, and farmers markets are always cheaper than grocery stores.
