To answer your question on how to help, all you need to do is be there for her. No matter what decsion she makes; whether deciding to go back on the drugs or stay off of them; you need to just be there for her. And if she DOES go back on the drugs, don't rub it in her face or say 'i told you so'. Cause that will just make it worse. Try to be there and guide her. Don't give her money!!! She will use that for drugs. Give her advice, but don't push it on her. Make it known what she is doing is wrong and could kill her or put her in jail, and if she listens, then alright. If not, then still continue being there for her. Once she comes into the realization that what she is doing is her fault and its screwing up her life, then she can go ahead into the 12 step program or NA and get the true help she needs and deserves.
As far as the rest of this conversation goes, i have to say it was interesting. First of all, I would just like to point out that your spelling does need some assistance. I would also like to say that it IS RELAPSE. I know I am right because my cousin is a recovering Heroin addict and has RELAPSED several times. Next, I would like to know, better yet, try to understand why in the world you people are making fun of this person?? They have bad grammar and keep saying 'its PROLAPSE not RELAPSE'?? Ummm.... WHO CARES?? It doesn't matter what kind of grammar they have, the root of the whole conversation was supposed to be about helping them, help their friend. What the fuck do you people care if they don't spell things right or say things out of context?? Point is, if you CHILDREN don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.
And for the guy who THINKS he is so grammatically educated; The comment you left above about this person being a 'completely asinine fool' is not worded right. It SHOULD have been, 'COMPLETE asinine fool' Not COMPLETELY. I figured since you were so deadset on telling SOMEONE ELSE how to spell or talk correctly, that I should be able to correct YOU with the mistake you made.
The whole point I'm making is that, this whole conversation is a bunch of responses from people who are clearly STILL in middle school. You want to talk about someone having to go back to elementary school for grammar, and yet your the ones who need to go back to school and become educated on how you are supposed to treat a person. This person has feelings just like the rest of you on here and while you may not care, at least you should take that into consideration before making fun. As far as MY spelling and grammar goes, why don't you all read this and then tell me what mistakes i've made seeing as how you ALL know what the fuck your talking about.
