I’m a habitual flasher! I love seeing people’s reaction. I never wear panties and the other night, an elderly man and his wife were sitting in a booth across from mine in a restaurant. I sat so he could see up my skirt. He grinned and winked, and as they were leaving, he paid for our meal. Some people really appreciate us flashers!
