To answer your question, about an 8.

I am going on a 2 day mini-trip to see my friend and it should be a lot of fun.

Around 6-7 for the time being.

It's been nothing but peppermint sticks and dog dicks thus far.

3. I have a lot of regrets I'm struggling with now, and the company I work for is going bankrupt. I'm also very lonely. I have great parents though and i live in a beautiful part of the world so I feel lucky for that. My life has been very bittersweet.

9. It would be 10 if I were in the relationship I'd like to be in. So close, but so far away.

I voted six. I have a lot of homework to get done, like I have a 40pg thesis paper due at the end of the month and on top of that I have a lot of homework. But overall my life is pretty good.

Hmm, I find it hard to disregard stuff like the future. If I do, though, about a 7/8. Taking the future into account, maybe the number drops a bit. I'm very happy right now, so I don't want things to change, just in case. I'm sure I'll be very happy in the future too, but still. I suppose I just feel all cosy with the way things are, which sort of makes me want change. Blah, I don't even know!

If I take that a bit further, and think about *right now*, sitting here, listening to the song I'm listening to, and everything else that's going on as I type this...a high 8, maybe. I feel very relaxed and peaceful at the moment. I want to stay this cosy for a while. That said, I still feel like in general my mood could potentially go either way, although it looks like I'm going to go into a happy mood and not be that glum anymore, which is good:)! Maybe I'll be a mix of both. I'm not entirely sure what I am right now, just content, really, I guess. Maybe just a bit sleepy, which is a lovely mood anyway, but means I'll be going to bed now.

I've voted six. A project is taking all my time and money and I'm getting headaches from studying. I sleep late and wake up early. However I'm okay because in some years my sacrifice will pay.
