Never said that. The people who have "a silver lining outlook" tend to be the most ignorant ones and self deceiving, which people tend to encourage. How is self deceiving and ignorance a good thing? I'm not saying you can't have a good outlook, i'm saying ignorance and self-deception is not something to be proud of.
