Online diagnosis paranoia, iin?

Why is it that whenever someone is showing the SLIGHTEST sign of sickness, they rush to the internet to diagnose themselves? I mean seariously.

Google search: "Sore throat and fever"
Result: "AIDS"

Are you kidding me? Ever take the time to think that maybe its because you went oudtside without a scarf, or maybe they bitch at Starbucks sneezed in your coffee because you're her least favorite customer.

The point I'm trying to make is that you always shouldn't be so dependant on the internet for your diagnosis because you can get tons of stuff you can't rely on.

Try taking your lazy asses to the doctor

Is it normal I feel like this?

In all fairness, if people did research (on the internet or otherwise), they'd learn that you don't catch a cold from not wearing a scarf. Also that a sore throat and fever actually could be a side effect of HIV but that there are specific ways that you would contract HIV and if you haven't been sharing needles or having unprotected sex, it's more likely just a common cold. Or you could bother your doctor with your common cold and give her or him less time to treat people who are really ill.
