Genetics and disruptions in the estrogen cycles have been named as possible causes. It's normal, however I did read about a study a while back that suggests that those with asymmetrical breasts, are at higher risk of breast cancer depending on the increase. So regular mammograms are a must. Sorry for scaring you if I did, but I couldn't in good conscience not mention it.
