Get rid of your old circle and get into a circle and give your back story something to marvel at so don't tell them anything about the drugs abut do tell them that you was a secret government spy who was turned on as "You knew too much" or that you're an ex millionaire playboy who lost it all at one spin of the roulette wheel. Really go to town reinventing yourself with lies so that you're respected and treated like a star amongst your new circle as we all know the best friendships are built on lies.
