I would suggest not normal because... well do you really know what happens to the human body when you set it on fire?
You don't actually die from being burned however. You normally die from lack of air first, while you're on fire. So... not only do you get to suffocate you also get to "enjoy" the feeling of your flesh cooking off your body and your fat melting and dripping down....
I've been told that it smells a bit like roasting meat.
Perhaps you may want to consider just wearing flames on your clothes instead? It may be safer... and less painful.

If the fire is all over the body, the pain is so great that your body goes in to shock, then dies. Occasionally, victims survive long enough to feel their eyelids, throat, and inner cavities burn, or their eyes turn to jelly--but rarely. Very rarely. It doesn't smell like roasting meat, either. It smells more like burning hair.
