Yeah, see, win-win. I mean, you are scamming them, but I don't really see how this could cause any significant harm. Just make sure to use public-domain photos, and make sure they're all of legal adults.
If someone takes a nude pic and posts it publicly, they're giving others the right to do what they want with it.
