There's not much shame in confessing you enjoy the sight of something/somebody, especially when both individuals are adults.
But, if things do heat up, be sure not to get your family members pregnant. That is literally the only thing in incest that shouldn't happen, for health reasons.
Besides that - why not?
I have 2 siblings, both very young, and, fortunately/unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any spark of attraction.
Though, when they turn 18, I wouldn't SLAP them in the face if one said "wanna fuck?" - no shame in confessing your attraction.
