  • If you like you're life and you like who you are, than don't change it.

If you're demeanor and your "problems" are impeding you from finding a job or living a decent life, than change it.

However, if you like the impediment and you have no intention of finding a job and living a decent life or you feel that you can find a job and live a decent life without having to change yourself, than don't change yourself.

It's about your life. You get help when you need help. If your problems do not impede you from living your life the way you wish to live it, then don't get the help. If your problems ARE an impediment on your pursuit to live a good life, then get help.

That is about as clearly as I can spell it out for you, True. I can't tell you whether or not your "problems" are hindering you from living a good life. I don't know anything about your life and I have no intention with debating it with you. Only YOU can decide whether or not you live a good life and whether or not you CAN live a good life when taking your issues into account.
