  • What you should do is talk to your doctor. It might be anxiety. Might be stress or something bothering you. See your doctor and then if there is a problem they can sort it out. It might not be your anger issues maybe people provoking you or rubbing you up the wrong way.

    • I'm ridiculously angry. Everyone notices it, and I have never attempted to deny it. Actually, many of my comments on this site serve as a great example; they reflect a downright violent rage that's hard to control. And that's honestly how I feel. It's not easy.

      Furthermore, there's my reserved and rather asocial demeanor. Apparently, avoiding social interaction and simply pacing back and forth makes some people very uneasy.
