What you should do is talk to your doctor. It might be anxiety. Might be stress or something bothering you. See your doctor and then if there is a problem they can sort it out. It might not be your anger issues maybe people provoking you or rubbing you up the wrong way.
I'm ridiculously angry. Everyone notices it, and I have never attempted to deny it. Actually, many of my comments on this site serve as a great example; they reflect a downright violent rage that's hard to control. And that's honestly how I feel. It's not easy.
Furthermore, there's my reserved and rather asocial demeanor. Apparently, avoiding social interaction and simply pacing back and forth makes some people very uneasy.
