well, you don't have to fear that kind of thing if you don't mess around with it, but honestly i don't really fear anything i have faced all of my fears and succeeded in getting rid of them. Thats all you have to do really face it well, in the face and give em the middle finger and say you don't control me. and sometimes like i said you have to face it head on thats how i got rid of my fear of heights i went rock climbing and came down unafraid but exhilarated by the experience.
