    Actually, I make an exception for Amazon. I don't like gift cards at all but when I was given Amazon ones, I was thrilled. I love Amazon.

        Nor me. When the post office was struggling with Christmas deliveries, a manager from Amazon drove round in his own car to give me the presents I'd ordered before Christmas. And it was a Sunday!

            Well, maybe. But he didn't look like Santa. He was balding, in a grey business suit and he drove a BMW.
