I stopped eating breakfast a few years ago after reading that fasting for at least twelve hours a day can help with weight loss. It's definitely worked for me, and I've since read research that proves the whole "most important meal of the day" thing is a total myth invented and perpetuated by food manufacturers.
Obviously, if you're a diabetic, very sensitive to blood-sugar levels, or do a physically strenuous job, a morning meal might be important, but that doesn't apply to most people these days.
I lived in Italy for several years, and the most common breakfast there is an espresso and a cigarette. They seem to manage just fine with that, so obviously the concept of breakfast is a cultural thing, not a basic human need.
I would say normal since my wife never eats breakfast but I do.
The name "breakfast" came from the phrase "breaking fast" after a nights sleep. If you eat supper and don't snack it could be 12 hours until you eat breakfast.
"Notmal" I think you mean oatmeal. In case that wasn't a typo, yes, this is not MAL.
I didn't eat breakfast in a long time i do t have enough time in the morning to eat
Can you get up earlier? I wouldn't stress about it. I've heard breakfast is the most commonly missed meal. So long as you can make up for the missed nutrients later, why worry?
Wtf i would never skip breakfast dont give a fuck if itll make me late to skewl staying alive and eating is more important than learning about uselessly complex math, geography and literature bs (etc).
I rarely eat breakfast normally I'm not hungry until it's almost lunch. You are normal
Same for me. The only time I eat in the morning is when I had not ate the night before.
