I am middle aged and last month or so started waking up with rapid heartbeat and shivering but not cold.its been going on all month breaking my sleep i do not drink or do any drugs . just wondering whats going on .As far as dreaming i don't recall any dreams

Is It Normal?

    Start drinking & doing drugs cause somethings wrong with you! Lifes too short to die without trying all the good stuff!

    It could be a psychological problem, since your brain unconciously controls yourheartbeat, breathing (while unconscious) ect. You should defiantly see a doctor, and if not at least a psychologist.
